What is your refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy shared and reseller hosting hosting. We do not offer refunds on VPS’s or dedicated servers. You are also allowed only one refund. If you sign up again after requesting a refund, we will not issue any refunds.
How do I cancel my account?
For everyone’s protection, we only accept cancellations in writing. You can cancel via our customer portal or simply email billing@cyberlynk.net
I have not received my account information
First, check your spam folder. We do our best, but sometimes our emails will end up there. If you can’t find it in your spam folder, log into our customer portal. Click on the email tab, and you can review all the mail sent from our billing system. If it’s not there, please feel free…
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) as well as PayPal.
How long will it take for my service to be setup
Because of the high level of fraud orders we do not automatically accounts. Normally your account will be setup within a couple of hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. If you ordered a dedicated server it normally takes 24 hours setup.
